My Story (Brief 2-3 sentences): In high school, I gave much of my time to sports, parties, relationships.  As I saw authentic men living out their faith, I began to see how different my life was from theirs.  After a few years, I realized that those things that I gave my time and energy to continued to fail me.  I gave my life to Christ the summer before my last year of high school.

Haley Miedema

Education (Varsity and studies): UNCC; BS Health Fitness
My Story (Brief 2-3 sentences):  I entered into college knowing that I would be challenged in the classroom, mentally, and on the soccer field, physically, but never thought I would be challenged spiritually.  As I investigated spiritual things, I saw that this area of my life needed to be pursued just as the mental and physical.  I decided to give my life to Jesus at the end of my first semester and became involved with Campus Outreach.                                                                       Favorite Verse: Isaiah 33:6 “and he will be the stability of your times, abundance of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge; the fear of the LORD is Zion’s treasure.”
