All administration associated with CO exists to Promote, Protect and Provide for the implementation of the CO Vision. CO is committed to developing and maintaining effectiveness, excellence, and efficiency in this critical area of each local/regional work. Co-Ministry or Administration can never make a ministry but it will either serve and enable or handicap and hinder one.
